1. Right of Revocation for Online Purchases (“Distance Selling”)

如果您及时取消购买，您将收到以英镑 (GBP) 形式全额退款，并将兑换成您当地的货币（如适用）。退款时，我们将使用您首次购买时使用的付款方式。我们不收取任何退款手续费，但您需要承担任何货币兑换风险以及将英镑 (GBP) 兑换回您当地货币（如适用）所产生的任何兑换和银行手续费。
购买《火箭方法》即表示您同意，您的撤销权在我们向您提供完整数字服务（全部12集英文版）后失效，并且您放弃此后的任何法定撤销权。我们向您提供完整数字服务后（自2024年4月22日起），任何《火箭方法》的购买均不可撤销或退款，因为您授权的数字服务（全部12集英文版）将在购买后立即完全可用。您承认这是数字服务行业的标准做法，旨在防止在访问或使用数字内容后提出退款请求。

2. Right to Cancel the Membership at Any Time
After our 14-day revocation period and as soon as we provide you the full digital service (all 12 episodes in English), we don’t offer refunds anymore. As you have lifetime access to the course through your membership, we don’t recommend to cancel your membership as we would delete your account permanently without the possibility of a refund. However, if you still wish to cancel, please send a clear statement to cancellations@snooker.online.
